1. Reservations & Bookings
All room bookings are subject to availability.
Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory at the time of check-in.
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
Rates are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate plan and travel dates as per the booking terms shared at the time of making booking.
No-show or last-minute cancellations may attract retention charges as per the booking terms shared at the time of reservation.
- If guest cancels the reservation within refundable cancellation policy then valid refund amount will be provided to the guest’s bank account details provided on email to our finance department and will be refunded to the guest within 7 – 10 days.
4. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh.
