2. Reservations & Bookings

  • All room bookings are subject to availability.

  • Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory at the time of check-in.

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

  • Rates are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate plan and season.

  • No-show or last-minute cancellations may attract retention charges as per the booking terms shared at the time of reservation.

5. Payments

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.

  • All bills must be settled in full at the time of check-out.

  • The hotel accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.

  • Any behavior causing discomfort, damage, or disturbance to other guests or hotel property may result in eviction without refund.

  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

7. Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

8. Use of Facilities

  • Facilities such as the swimming pool, banquet hall, party lawn, and restaurant are subject to hotel rules and operational hours.

  • The hotel is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of facilities or non-compliance with safety guidelines.

9. Events, Banquets & Weddings

  • Booking of banquet halls and party lawns is subject to separate agreements and advance payments.

  • Event-related decorations, music, and timings must comply with local laws and hotel policies.

  • Any damage during events will be charged to the organizer.

10. Safety & Security

  • Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings.

  • The hotel is not liable for loss of valuables unless deposited in designated safe custody facilities.

11. Website Usage

  • All content on this website is the property of Sunrise Grand Neemuch and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • The hotel is not responsible for any technical inaccuracies or interruptions on the website.

12. Privacy

Personal information shared during bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for reservation and service purposes.

13. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

14. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh.
